Chicago Bears second round pick Alshon Jeffrey is having an excellent preseason with 7 catches for 97 yards in his first two games. Jeffrey caught three balls for 63 yards on Saturday night against the Redskins, including a 34 yard pass from Jay Cutler.
The former South Carolina star is currently listed behind Devon Hester as the number two wide receiver opposite of Brandon Marshall, however, he looks like he could pass Hester on the depth chart if he continues to make plays in the preseason.
Fantasy owners may want to use a late round flyer on the 6’3 receiver, as his excellent size could prove to be an nice red zone weapon for Cutler this season.
