Danny Amendola May Not Have Broken Clavicle

Danny Amendola May Not Have Broken Clavicle

Oct 5, 2012

Danny Amendola left Thursday Night Football against the Cardinals with what was thought to be a broken clavicle. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the tests on Amendola’s injured shoulder were inconclusive and the former Texas Tech star could return this season.

Amendola has 32 catches for 395 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, making him one of the early steals of the draft for 2012. Fantasy owners are crossing their fingers that Amendola can return soon, as he and Sam Bradford have developed an excellent rapport this season.

Austin Pettis or rookie Chris Givens will likely start for the rams week six if Amendola is unable to play. Givens is a nice waiver add in deeper 12-team leagues.
