Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been charged with a Class A misdemeanor family violence charge. According to a report by Tm MacMahon of ESPNdallas.com, Bryant turned himself in on Monday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Bryant is accused of grabbing his mother by the shirt and hair, and striking her in the face with his hat. The 23 year old receiver faces up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $4000.
Fantasy owners should consider this issue when valuing Bryant this season, as it is possible that commissioner Roger Goddell could levy a suspension against the third year player.
