Dallas Cowboy wide receiver Miles Austin suffered a mild hamstring strain in practice today. According to a report on CBSsports.com, Austin tweaked his hamstring, but the Cowboys do not believe the injury is serious.
The report sited that Cowboys VP Stephen Jones told reporters that Austin is “fine”, and that “We’ve just got to be careful.”
Austin was plagued by hamstring issues in 2011 and was limited to just 10 games. Fantasy owners should still consider him a strong #2 WR in all formats, however, this situation should be monitored closely due to Austin’s recent hamstring issues.
