According to Stacey Dales of the NFL Network, Jonathan Stewart is unlikely to play tonight against the Giants. Look for DeAngelo Williams to get the majority of the carries, with Mike Tolbert active as well.
Stewart has been limited this season with nagging foot injuries, including a sore ankle and turf toe like symptoms. He missed the first game of the reason, but was able to return in game two and post 11 rushes for 51 yards and a receiving touchdown against the Saints
