Week 2 Tight End Rankings

Week 2 Tight End Rankings

Sep 13, 2012

Kramerica Sports weekly player rankings are based on Yahoo Sports standard scoring settings.

Positional ranks are based on numerous factors, including opposing defense, historical data, player health, gut feelings, and other classified variables.

Play of the Week- With 27 touchdowns in his first two seasons and another score in week one against the Titans, there is little doubt in my mind that Rob Gronkowskiwill have another huge game on Sunday when the Patriots host the Cardinals.

Red Flag AlertAntonio Gates suffered a rib injury on Monday Night Football against the Raiders and could be limited this week. He missed practice on Wednesday along with running back Ryan Mathews.

Upside Play - The Indianapolis Colts allowed the 12th most fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2011, and Kyle Rudolph is healthy and could be a nice safety valve for Christian Ponder.

So, with Nicks out, you don’t even have TE Bennett on this list. He has scored a TD in both games this year, with the most attempts thrown to in NY this year…. how did he miss this list is beyond me
